What is the Bujinkan and who is Soke Hatsumi?

Soke Masaaki Hatsumi is the founder of the International Bujinkan Dojo, its organization and training which he accumulated through fifteen years of training every weekend with Toshitsugu Takamatsu Sensei, the 33rd Grandmaster of Togakure Ryu Ninpo.

Hatsumi-sensei lives and trains in Noda, Japan and his classes at the Honbu are widely attended by practitioners and students the world over.

The Bujinkan has students worldwide numbering in the thousands.  There are several who have attained the rank of Ju-Go-Dan (15th) and are considered to be true masters of the art, and are committed to spreading the arts of the Bujinkan to a new generation of students across the globe.
