Danny Brown, Instructor

Above - Danny training in 2008

Danny began his training in martial arts as a child, attending various Karate classes in the area.  Through his father's love of martial arts, he allowed it to blossom and continue to develop well into his teens.   In 1996 he got the chance to train full-time in martial arts.  However due to personal problems he had to take a hiatus from class for a while.  However he resumed training in 2007 and was promoted to black belt that year.

Danny is a co-founder of Northeast Alabama Martial Arts and currently teaches the Wednesday night classes, which he spends a lot of time teaching the basics to the newer students of the dojo, for which he receives many compliments.  He is currently ranked as a Shodan or 1st degree black belt.

Currently Danny resides in Steel with his family.  He is employed with a local security firm where he helps secure and monitor several of the city sites around Gadsden, Glencoe and other areas in Etowah County.
